We pack and ship orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 14:00 CET ship the same day; later orders ship the next working day.
You get an order confirmation email right after you order, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link when your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Step 2
Shipping to Europe
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 14:00 CET are packed and shipped the same day from our warehouse in Sundsvall, Sweden. The exact shipping price is shown at checkout before you pay.
Carriers: DHL Express, DHL Parcel, UPS Express, UPS Standard. Every parcel is tracked. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

If your order is placed during our packing hours (Monday-Friday 07:00-14:00 CET excluding holidays), your items will be packed and shipped the same day.
