1. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
Approved Shipping Claim:
If a package is lost or significantly damaged in transit and we receive an approved claim from DHL or UPS, a refund will be processed.
Returned Orders:
If an order is returned to us due to not being picked up, a refund will be issued if the customer has made a valid claim. If the return was made without a valid reason, we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund. If we do not receive a refund request, no automatic refund will be issued.

Returns are allowed if the customer ordered the wrong item or if we made an error in shipping.
If we made an error, we cover the return shipping cost.
If the customer made an error, they must cover the shipping costs.
Returns that are not claimed by the customer will not be refunded.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Provide a Valid Reason: If you are eligible based on the return/refund policy above, our team will guide you through the process.
Processing Time: Once the return is received or the shipping claim is approved, refunds are processed within a couple of business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Important Notes
Returns based on customer dissatisfaction are generally not accepted. As this is a perishable product. The products we sell are of highest quality, if there are product quality issues then we will contact the producer and arrange for a replacement product.
Our packagiong and transport options handle the packages with great care. Transport damage claims are rare, and in the rare cases of missing or damaged packages are usually resolved through carrier claims.
