If you place your order before 3pm CET we will send it the same day.
After placing your order you will get an order confirmation email.
When we ship the order you will receive an shipment confirmation email with a link to track your package.
When you receive your shipment you will pay a Customs Handling Fee of 35 CAD and a 'Other Governement Department' fee of 16.80 CAD. You pay these fees directly to the Customs in Canada. Good to know is that these fees are the same amount no matter how big or small your order is. You also pay the import taxes that vary depending on what province you import to.
